There is generally a very low failure rate or problems with optical products such as binoculars. If on the unusual occasion that there is a manufacturing fault with any product supplied, we may provide you with the contact number for the manufacturer of the product to assist in resolution under the manufacturers warranty.
Please ensure you keep your original receipt, and documentation of any manufacturers extended warranty which will be required by the manufacturer / ourselves for any repair under warranty.
Returns
Please contact us either by telephone or email and we will deal with any issue as soon as possible. Please be patient as occasionally some issues (particulary intermittent faults) can be difficult to find and resolve.
Under the distance selling regulations 1998 you have the option to return any unwanted item within 7 days of the purchase date; retrictions apply. Goods may only be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if they are in the same original condition. If goods are demed to be not 'as new' condition then we have the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 15%, or as reasonable under the individual circumstances.
If you have faulty goods within 30 days of the purchase date, then please contact us to determine whether they must be sent back to ourselves or direct to manufacturers. In majority of cases the goods will come back to ourselves if within 30 days.
If goods becomes faulty after 30 days and within the warranty period then we would ask you to send back direct to manufacturers. In this event the manufacturers will usually require just the product (any accessories sent could be lost or mislaid) and a copy of your original purchase invoice. It is usually a required to contact the manufacturer before sending to obtain a returns number, and ensure you meet any return requirements etc.
