The Olympus 35mm ED Macro lens is a good quality, great value macro lens for the Olympus E-series SLRs. The 35mm Macro is within the standard series of Olympus Lenses. Being of a fixed focal length (prime lens) it is optimised for performance at its fixed focal length of 35mm (70mm equivalent) it is compact and lightweight, and is equally good for macro, portraiture or general use. It is a 'true' Macro lens offering 1:1 lifesize image reproduction (2:1 equivalent in a 35mm Camera) and close focus of just 14.6 cm.
