The new version of the Opticron DBA S-COAT 8x42 improves and replaces the already excellent DBA Oasis 10x42, and are among the very best compact roof prism binoculars available for birdwatching applications, offering excellent performance and handling in a class beating compact body.

The new S-type multicoating on the DBA Oasis S-COAT binoculars help both models achieve extremely high levels of clarity and colour contrast in a variety of light conditions Waterproof construction, and fully nitrogen filled optics ensure great use in all weather conditions. The DBAs feature armouring with contoured ribs which to maximise comfort, handling and protection.

The new DBA S-Coat are compact and lightweight in a 42mm objective lens design, multi element long eye relief providing excellent fields of view 7 defrees fov for the 8x42s, With Phase Correction (PC) coatings together with the new S-Coat multi-coatings ensure maximum clarity and colour reproduction in all light conditions.
